Bright, breezy, and a little more intriguing than your average pink wine due to the Cabernet Franc, this rosé opens with wild strawberry, rose hips, a hint of pepper, and cool herbal notes.  On the palate, it feels crisp and quietly structured, with fresh red fruit, lively acidity, and a clean, dry finish.

Style / ABV: Dry rosé. This is an early-bottled rosé made to highlight Cabernet Franc’s aromatic side — bright fruit, cool herbal detail, and plenty of freshness.

Why It’s Special: This bottling shows a more distinctive side of rosé, using Cabernet Franc to bring floral lift, peppery nuance, and a little extra shape to the glass. The vines are older (bringing concentrated flavors) and they are picked specifically for rosé.  Lieu Dit makes it with the kind of balance that works just as well at the dinner table as it does on a sunny afternoon.

Food Pairing: Great with tuna crudo, picnic ham, Niçoise salad, shrimp skewers, or a pile of potato chips--dare we say Pluto's fish-n-chips!
