Think Barolo, Barbaresco, Super Tuscans, 1er Cru Burgundy, Grand Cru Champagne, grower Champagne, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côte-Rôtie, old-vine Rioja Reservas, vintage Port, and other bottles we think are worth making room for.
