Elegant, lifted, and beautifully refreshing, this vintage sparkling rosé opens with wild strawberry, raspberry, rose petal, citrus zest, and a fine mineral note that gives the wine brightness and poise. On the palate, it is dry and precise with a delicate mousse, vibrant red fruit, fresh acidity, and a long, polished finish.  We love it with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Producer: Raventós i Blanc — one of Spain’s most historic sparkling wine families, with estate roots dating back to 1497. The estate is known for terroir-driven, estate-grown sparkling wines and for championing the Conca del Riu Anoia origin as a distinct place for serious traditional-method sparkling wine. 

Region / Appellation: Conca del Riu Anoia, Catalonia, Spain. The fruit comes from estate vineyards, with the Monastrell for color and character coming from the western part of the Serral hill.

Varietal: 50% Xarel·lo, 34% Macabeo, 9% Parellada, and 7% Monastrell

Vintage: 2023

Style / ABV: Extra Brut sparkling rosé; 12.5% ABV. It is made by traditional method, with bottle aging on the lees for 18 months, giving the wine both freshness and beautiful texture. 

Why It’s Special: This wine is special because it comes from a deeply historic estate that farms organically (certified biodynamic) and works with remarkable precision to express its limestone-rich, Mediterranean terroir. The addition of Monastrell from Serral hill gives “De Nit” its graceful color and a little extra personality, while the long lees aging brings finesse and depth to the wine. 

Food Pairing: Excellent with oysters, jamón, smoked salmon, tuna crudo, fried seafood, or soft cheeses. Its bright acidity, fine bubbles, and a savory mineral edge.
